The Sorrento Peninsula is home of many culinary delights that can be enjoyed at our restaurant but not only: the staff of our 4-star hotel will be happy to advise on the many routes , gastronomic and leisure, that Sorrento has to offer.

Culinary tours in Sorrento

Starting from Vico Equense, includes cold cuts of pork and orange rind and dairy products such as butter, caciottine cheese stuffed with mashed butter and the renowned Provolone del Monaco DOP.
Dairy products are handmade in the area and at the food shops you can taste and buy local products (including pizza by the meter), but also observe the production cycle.
You cannot miss Sant’Andrea, whose specialties are fresh pasta, fondue of mozzarella, ham and black truffles and stuffed squid with vegetables and shrimp.
Sorrento is also the home of limoncello, a liqueur made from lemon rinds excellent after lunch and if consumed in little glasses placed in the freezer. In general we recommend to the guests of our 4-star hotel to stroll through the streets of the city center and try a baba al limoncello and a dash of liqueur.
No less important is the walnut liqueur, produced by the infusion of Sorrento walnuts in alcohol.

Path of the Gods

The Path of the Gods winds from the Amalfi Coast and the Sorrento coast is divided into two sections: the path "high", the most tiring , Santa Maria di Castello and the path to Bomerano "low", from Bomerano to Nocelle, less tiring and perhaps even more impressive.

From the village of Nocelle you can continue the journey for half an hour and reach Positano.
