Best Western International&#8217;s core values, practices, culture, and history embody its commitment to ethical business practices and to taking a responsible role within its target communities.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, each Best Western hotel, although independently operated, is contractually obligated to abide by all applicable laws and Best Western principles.<\/p>\n<h3>Protection of employee rights<\/h3>\n<p>Best Western International is committed to upholding employee rights and aims to provide a safe and healthy work environment.<\/p>\n<p>Best Western International supports the abolition of all forms of forced and servile labor. Supports the elimination of employment discrimination and welcomes and values diversity in all its operational activities. Best Western International recruits its employees on the principle of equal opportunity and without discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation or other characteristics subject to legal protection.<\/p>\n<h3>Protection of children&#8217;s rights<\/h3>\n<p>Best Western International condemns all forms of child exploitation. Best Western International Does not employ child labor and supports its elimination. Best Western International also supports the regulations in place to prevent and punish the crime of child sexual exploitation.
